THE LOGICAL MIND MAP (WWW):

THE ASSOCIATED MIND MAP (BRAIN):

THE ESSAY:

THE HUMAN BRAIN CAN ALSO FUNCTION JUST LIKE THE INTERNET (WWW)
The internet is a vast computer network linking smaller computer networks worldwide. It includes commercial, educational, governmental and many other networks all of which use the same set of communication protocols. The human brain on the other handis the main organ of the human central nervous system. It is located in the head, protected by the skull.
The internet has features which include the aim of awareness, social networking, websites, and time needed to access it. The content of the internet ranges from different varieties of texts, images, or videos. The brain on the other hand also got characteristics which include; thinking, learning, planning, analyses and information storage. It also takes time to be able to accomplish some of its characteristics.
The internet and human brain share similarities such as this; firstly, the brain has nerve  cells that helps it in storing information which can be retrieved at a later end, so does the internet has a database with which its stored information can be accessed from at a later end, it shows they both share a storage capability. secondly, the brain and internet also share a receiving ability they are both capable to take in information given or inserted into them. They also share a common characteristics of analysis the internet analyses information to a specific pattern for easier recognition and is able to give out the right output just as the human brain tells human what to do based on the quick analysis it makes. Also, the  internet is a wide range of billions network connected just as the brain has billions of nerve cells connected to each other. furthermore, The brain and the internet  are essentially linear. You can't send an email from London, England to someone in Tokyo without it traveling through various intermediate domain  In the same way if humans see something, information has to be passed in a certain sequence from the retinas in our eyes to the visual cortex in our brain in the occipital lobe of whichever eye is seeing at the time.
In conclusion, seeing the internet as a brain or seeing the brain as an internet is indeed an analogy or metaphor.
